Piano lesson questions
Do I need an acoustic piano?
A full-size keyboard with weighted keys works well for beginners. Intermediate and advanced students benefit from an acoustic or high-quality digital piano. We'll sort out gear at your free trial.
Are online piano lessons as effective as in-person?
For technique, repertoire, theory, and audition coaching — yes. I teach exclusively online and work with students across time zones. A stable camera angle on your hands and keys is the main setup requirement.
Ready to try a free piano lesson?
No commitment required. We'll talk goals, assess your level, and see if weekly lessons are the right fit.
